- External sends. Where custodial wallets are enabled, you may send USDT to external blockchain addresses you specify.
-
StableNest does not:
- Operate a cryptocurrency exchange or trading platform;
- Offer staking, lending, or investment products;
- Hold your funds directly; fiat and crypto settlement is performed by licensed or third-party payment and custodial partners;
- Guarantee exchange rates, processing times, or network availability.
- Supported blockchain networks for custodial deposits include TRC20 (default), and optionally BEP20 and ERC20 where advanced options are enabled. Mobile money cash-out is supported from TRC20 sources only, as shown in the app.
5. User responsibilities
- You must provide accurate wallet addresses. Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Sending assets to an incorrect address may result in permanent loss.
- You must verify recipient details before confirming transfers.
- You must comply with applicable laws, including any tax obligations related to cryptocurrency transactions.
- You must not use the Service for illegal activity, fraud, money laundering, sanctions evasion, or any other prohibited purpose.
- You are responsible for securing your device and any external wallets you use.
6. Identity verification (KYC)
- Identity verification is required before deposits, cash-outs, and custodial transfers, as enforced by the platform.
- Accepted documents may include Ghana Card, Voter ID, Passport, and Driver’s License, as configured in the app.
- We may request re-verification at any time for security or compliance reasons.
- Failure to complete or pass KYC will restrict access to financial features.
7. Transaction limits
Transaction limits apply as shown in the app and may vary based on your verification status, risk controls, and partner requirements. We may change limits from time to time. Where a change is material, we will provide notice through the app, email, or our website.
8. Fees
- Fees may include Mobile Money charges, blockchain network fees, and provider conversion fees. These are displayed at the time of the transaction in the app.
- Fee estimates are provided before you confirm a transaction. Final fees may vary based on provider calculations.
- Any StableNest platform fee, if applicable, will be disclosed clearly before you confirm a transaction.
9. Cryptocurrency and market risks
- Volatility. Cryptocurrency values can fluctuate rapidly. USDT is designed to track the US dollar but carries issuer and market risks.
- Regulatory risk. Laws governing digital assets may change and may restrict or prohibit the Service.
- Technology risk. Blockchain networks may experience congestion, forks, or failures.
- No investment advice. The Service facilitates currency conversion and transfers only. We do not provide investment, financial, or legal advice. We do not promise profits or guaranteed returns.
10. Wallet responsibilities
- External wallets. You alone control private keys. We cannot recover funds sent to wrong addresses or lost because keys were compromised.
- Custodial wallets. Assets are held by our licensed custodial partner. Your use is also subject to that partner’s terms. StableNest orchestrates access but does not directly custody assets.
- Network selection. Sending USDT on an unsupported network may result in loss of funds. The app displays network warnings for non-TRC20 deposits where applicable.
11. Transaction finality
- Confirmed blockchain transactions and completed provider settlements are generally irreversible.
- Mobile Money and ramp transactions are subject to third-party processing rules.
- If a transaction fails, do not assume a duplicate retry will succeed automatically. Follow the status shown in the app, and contact support if funds appear stuck or unclear.
12. Service availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
- Maintenance, third-party outages (including authentication, custody, messaging, or identity partners), or network issues may affect the Service.
- We are not liable for delays caused by Mobile Money providers, blockchain networks, or custodial partners.
13. Suspension and termination
